About the Role

• Develop and implement strategic sales plan; identifying leads within customer segments
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Liaise with the operations team
• Establish and implement effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
• Manage customer accounts and support customers’ engagement with our digital marketplace
• Respond and resolve customer service issues in a timely manner
• Manage customer feedback and issue resolution system (including record keeping of key transactions and issues)
• Develop customer satisfaction targets and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis
• Monitor and assess our performance in customer care and prepare detailed reports on your findings
• Stay informed on the latest industry standards and methods
